Some people talk about the Finish education, some about design and some about her striking blonds. All those are true and deserve lengthy discussion. But I want to say something about Finish Lost and Found System.
I bought a furry hat and lost it within 24 hours. Left my hat unwittedly on the NO 9 tram; happily did I skip off the tram meanwhile 90 % of my body heat was leaking away like the sand in hourglass. Desperate in tears, I was cold and punished by my own sheer carelessness. After I have whined to my Finish host about the hat, she told me with full confidence that I would definitely get it back in lost and found.
With many doubts in my head, I went to see if my lovely furry hat was still there. Located within a short tram ride from the train station, the lost and found looks very much like a legal firm from the appearance. Carefully I pushed open the door which led to the neatly kept and well lighted room. Sat a sophisticated looking lady with physician precision, after gathered my broken clues and typed in some key words in the magic machine. Within 5 seconds, she said "I believed we have your hat." She went to the back room and fetched MY furry hat.
Amazed and delirious. With my furry hat I made a mini dance to celebrate. Hail to the Finish Lost and Found.
